Acceptable Use Policy
The purpose of this policy is
to establish the limitations for
use of this site and all related sites. Any violations of this policy
may result in any of the following, singularly or combined: denial of
service, denial of access to the site, suspension or cancellation of
any or all services and memberships, charging of accrued or
additional fees incurred by the user, civil action, and/or criminal
complaint (as applicable).
Purchase of Chat Room Setup
and Hosting Services
When you purchase chat room
setup and hosting services, the user
is agreeing to be bound by the following conditions:

Purchase of chat room setup and hosting services
does not acquire any rights of ownership to the chat room. Purchase of
chat room setup and hosting services permits space and bandwidth to be
leased to the purchaser, and this lease may be suspended or cancelled
at any time by the site administrator for any of the following reasons
(but not limited to these reasons):

Any violation of site rules, policies, terms,
conditions, or any action deemed by us to be detrimental to the site
itself,
-
Abusive, defamatory, or discriminatory behaviors or
actions directed at another user, guest, or staff member of the site,
-
Abuse of staff or moderator privileges or tools,
-
Knowingly allowing a minor (a person under the age
of 18 years) to participate in any activity on this site,
-
Willfully engaging in any illegal activity on the
site or using any part of the site to promote illegal activities.
This list
is to provide examples of
behaviors that will not be tolerated and could result in the
suspension or cancellation of services. The site administrator
reserves the right to suspend or cancel services for any reason that
is deemed to be in the best interests of the site. Samples of
disciplinary actions are provided here:

Abuse of Moderating Privileges or Tools:

First offense will result in a warning from a member
of the site administration team,

Second offense will result in the suspension of
privileges and tools for one (1) week,
-
Third offense will result in indefinite loss of
moderator privileges and tools.

Purchase of Chat Room Setup and Hosting for another
User
Purchase of chat room setup
and hosting for another user is
permitted under the following guidelines:

The user being given control of the chat room is
also a member of the site,
-
The purchaser understands that recipient of the chat
room is granted full privileges of room control and that the purchaser
retains no rights or privileges to the room purchased,
-
Any agreements for shared control of the room
between the purchaser and the recipient are solely the responsibility
of the purchaser and recipient to manage. This includes, but is not
limited to, financial compensation between the purchaser and recipient
for shared control of the room. We are not responsible for mediating or
resolving any disputes that arise from shared control of a chat room.

Fees paid for chat room setup and hosting are
applied to the efforts to create a room, code the room pull-down menu,
and write any necessary links necessary for implementation of the room
into the relevant chat area. In the event that a chat room is taken
away from a controller for any reason, these fees are non-refundable.

Indemnification – Purchaser and/or room controller
(“room controller”) agrees to hereby release and forever discharge the
site administrator and any appointed staff members from all legal
actions, causes of action, damages, claims, and demands whatsoever
arising from a minor (person under the age of 18 years) being found to
have participated in or accessed a chat room that is under the room
controller’s management. Furthermore, the room controller assumes all
responsibility and liability and agrees to accept any and all
responsibility and liability then and thereafter for a minor accessing
and participating in said chat room.

For the privilege of using said chat room, the room
controller further agrees not to make claim or demand against the site,
site administrator, appointed staff, or any other person or entity that
can make claim contribution or indemnity under the provisions of any
statute or otherwise.

Any chat room that is abandoned (does not have
sufficient activity) for a period of thirty (30) days or longer may be
removed from the relevant realm and deactivated at our discretion. In
such instances, the room controller forfeits all privileges and claims
to said chat room.
Network Usage
Data Transfer and Disk
Space Usage
Users
agree that disk usage shall not
exceed the number of megabytes for the services ordered by User on
the Order Form (the "Agreed Usage"). We reserve the right
to take corrective action if user's disk usage exceeds the agreed
usage. Such corrective action may include the assessment of
additional charges, disconnection, and/or discontinuance of any and
all services. If we take any corrective action under this section,
the user shall not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid in
advance prior to such action. In the event that a user exceeds the
included allocation, we may, at our discretion, collect a deposit, in
an amount determined by us, against the user.
System
and
Network Security
Violations
of
system security are prohibited, and may result in
criminal and civil liability. Examples include, but are not limited
to the following: Unauthorized access, use, probe, or scan of a systems
security or authentication measures, data or
traffic.
Interference with service to any user, host or network including,
without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to
overload a system and broadcast attacks. Harassment of people on this
site, either in the realm you chat or any other realm.
Illegal
Use
Our
services may
not be used for any purpose that violates any local, state, federal,
or international laws or promotes the violation of any such laws.
Fraudulent
Activity
This
site may not
be used to engage in, promote, or encourage the engaging or promotion
of fraudulent activities to include, but not limited to, ‘pyramid
schemes,’ ‘ponzi schemes,’ ‘chain letters,’ or unsolicited
advertising (spam). Furthermore, fraudulent misrepresentation of this
site, its administration, membership, or guests is strictly
prohibited.
Forgery
or
Impersonation
Use
of this site
to impersonate another user, falsify a user name, falsify age, or
falsify identity in any electronic format is strictly prohibited. Any
forgery or impersonation originating from or passing through this
site is strictly prohibited.
Copyright
or
Trademark
Infringement
Use
of this site
to send or receive any information that infringes upon the patents,
trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, or proprietary rights of any
other person or entity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is
not limited to, the digitization of audio, video, images,
intellectual property, or any other materials protected under law.
Web pages hosted on this site may not use material taken from another
web page hosted on this server or anywhere else without prior consent
of the holder of the rights to said information.
Objectionable
and
Illegal
Materials
We
expressly
prohibit the use of our servers for the propagation, distribution,
housing, processing, storing, transferring, or other handling of any
material that is illegal or deemed by the site administration to be
objectionable. This includes, but is not limited to, materials of a
racist, satanic, bigoted, slanderous, defamatory, or otherwise
illegal or objectionable nature. The site administration reserves the
right to discretionary judgment of any materials used on this site
and reserves the right to remove any materials without notice.
Unsolicited
Advertising
(SPAM)
The
use of this
site in any way for the purposes of unsolicited advertising (SPAM) of
any kind is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited
to, email, message forums, newsgroups, social networking sites,
professional services, religious groups, social groups, political
groups, or online social groups. Any person found to be using this
site for the purposes of unsolicited advertising will have their user
account terminated and access may be denied for an indefinite period
of time.

and

“Bombing”
The
use of this
site to send a crippling number of files across the network or
internet is strictly prohibited.

Message
Forgery
Forging
email
headers, message headers, or other identifying information is
strictly prohibited. The use of deliberately misleading email
addresses is also strictly prohibited.
Network
Disruptions
The
use of this
site for any activity that affects the abilities of others to access
or use this site or any other part of the internet is strictly
prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, denial of service
attacks. Any activity deemed to be detrimental to the site’s
reputation or quality of service may also result in civil or criminal
actions.

Use
of this site
to intentionally transmit or distribute computer viruses, worms,
malware, spyware, malicious code, or other harmful software is
strictly prohibited. Those found to intentionally commit such acts
will be denied access to the site and reported to the appropriate
authorities for further investigation.
Misuse

System
Resources
This
site uses
shared servers that also host other sites. Misuse of this site and
the system resources can have adverse effects on this site and other
sites as well. These actions can result in financial penalties on the
site administration which, in turn, will be passed on to the
offender.
Unauthorized
Access
We
will strongly
react to any use or attempted use of an Internet account or computer
without the owner's authorization. Such attempts include "internet
scamming" (tricking other people into releasing their
passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc. Any
unauthorized use of accounts or computers by a user, will result in
action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings,
account suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal
action.
Collection

Personal
Data
Use
of this site
to collect or attempt to collect personal data about others without
their prior knowledge and consent is strictly prohibited.
Harm
to
Minors
Use
of this site
to harm or attempt to harm a minor by using this site to display or
transmit profane, obscene, or pornographic materials is strictly
prohibited.
Impersonation

Impersonation
or
portrayal of minors on an adult-oriented website is unlawful and
strictly prohibited.
Threats

Harassment

to transmit any material that threatens or encourages bodily harm or
destruction of property or which harasses, abuses, defames, or
